The ALR investigates complaints about the health and safety of assisted living residents. Call toll-free at 1 866 714-3378 or 250 952-1369 in Victoria.

Making a complaint about a residential care facility - If you have a concern about the health, safety or well-being of a person in a licensed residential care facility make a complaint immediately. There is no time limit in which to make a complaint but if you wait too long before making a complaint this may affect the process; relevant documents or witnesses may become unavailable and affect the investigation and resolution of the complaint.

 The BC Cancer library system consists of a central library at Vancouver Centre, and branches in Abbotsford, Kelowna, Prince George, and Victoria where both patient and professional collections are available on site. Librarian staff are available at all centres, including Surrey.
