iCON From UBC, the interCultural Online Health Network (iCON) is a community driven source of information, resources, and networks that provides culturally and linguistically tailored information on chronic disease education, prevention and management. Find South Asian and Chinese language resources.
Provincial Language Services:

Spoken Language Interpreting Service provides interpreting services to BC health authorities and care providers, and private physician offices

Wavefront Centre Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility: Medical interpreting service. Provides ASL interpreters, oral interpreters, and interveners for emergency and non-emergency medical appointments across BC

 The BC Cancer library system consists of a central library at Vancouver Centre, and branches in Abbotsford, Kelowna, Prince George, and Victoria where both patient and professional collections are available on site. Librarian staff are available at all centres, including Surrey.
