Canadian Nutrient File (CNF) is the standard reference food composition database reporting the amount of nutrients in foods commonly consumed in Canada. This nutrition research tool is integral to many activities within Health Canada such as setting policies, standards and regulations, risk assessment studies and food consumption surveys. Database is a CSV, EXCEL or ACCESS file that has to be downloaded.



 The BC Cancer library system consists of a central library at Vancouver Centre, and branches in Abbotsford, Kelowna, Prince George, and Victoria where both patient and professional collections are available on site. Librarian staff are available at all centres, including Surrey.
