Do I have to Login to use PubMed?

UPDATE JUNE 2022: Login passwords are inactive now.

You must choose a way to validate your account using a "3rd party."

You do not have to login to search PubMed, but you have to login to MyNCBI to use features like saving your search, showing BC Cancer full text links,  and exporting results.

To login to MyNCBI, we recommend that you use either an academic affiliation or your ORCiD because it is a secure, sustainable, and professional option.

If you do not have an ORCiD, create a free account here or learn more about Your ORCiD Profile.
